My first dental visit Dr Marie Conde Cavalier was amazing. The staff is very friendly and caring. It started with full mouth and jaw X-rays then using Invisalign technology, 3D pictures of the mouth were taken. Data was collected and noted. Teeth, gums, bite and jaw were checked, cleaned, and polished before the Dr completed her exam. Questions were answered, more pictures were taken, and brushing instructions given. Before and after pictures showed ways to improve your smile with Invisalign if interested. No pressure. The first appointment took 2 hours. You leave with a bag of products to care for your teeth.

I went in for a cavity filling. 10 minutes after my appointment time, I was taken back and given novacaine. After waiting 45 minutes, I left without my cavity filled. I don’t have 45 minutes in the middle of the work day.
